Hand us a workstream. We answer for it.
The MWBE participation requirement on a public sector bid is usually solved twice: once on paper, and once again in practice, when somebody on the prime's team quietly absorbs the work the partner could not do. We know the shape of that problem because our leadership spent years being the people who absorbed it.
We take the workstream whole — deliverables, client relationship, risk register, escalations. Not a seat at the table while someone else signs the output.
We hire for two things at once: sector expertise and prior consulting experience. What you get is someone who joins the team, not someone the team has to manage.
Award is where most partnerships peak. We are on the ground while the work gets done — the only place a capture promise is either kept or quietly dropped.
What we do not do
If a project needs someone managed rather than someone contributing, we are the wrong firm — and we will say so before the teaming agreement is signed, not after.
Where AI fits
We apply AI where it improves speed or the quality of an analysis, and keep a person accountable wherever the stakes require it — the same standard we hold for every engagement. It is not a separate philosophy from being a partner who does not disappear. It is the same one: we do not hand a client's decision to something nobody is answerable for.
That discipline builds on analytical work our team has already delivered — a staffing model built from directly observed process data rather than estimates , and a data-driven analysis of fraud patterns across high-risk counties for a federal health agency. AI extends that kind of work. It does not replace the judgment behind it.
It also points at where we are most useful right now. Agencies are buying AI faster than they can independently verify it, and reliability and auditability have become the measures that matter. Independent verification and validation is a practice we have run for a decade on programs up to $100MM — and the same discipline applies to a model, its documentation and its vendor's claims.
Useful before there is a contract.
Most partners show up when the contract does. We are useful while you are still deciding whether to bid.
We research RFPs as they are released and cross-reference them against our partners’ core competencies and stated growth areas.
From general frameworks through specific strategies for a given problem, along with credentialed resource bios.
Our leadership has been through the orals process and can help prepare for it or take part in it.
We draft and review SOWs with attention to scope, schedule and the things that quietly become disputes later.
Working with primes
- —We are candid about fit before a bid, not after
- —We brief and escalate through the prime's structure, not around it
- —We do not compete with our partners for the same scope
- —We are certified nationally, in three states, and at the ports — so we can usually be added to a team without waiting on a certification cycle
Send us the scope. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner for it.
